I have had my Tracker for several years now and clocked miles in the thousands. I have customized it a bit with Pedego parts (fenders/rack) and a custom repositioned saddle.

It's almost unbelievable They need to add a few more stars for my true experiences on it that have literally changed my life healthwise, funwise, and friendwise. A crowd often circles this bike when they see it parked. I give it 10!

After a couple of years I'm about to turn 3000 miles on my Trail Tracker. Lucky for me I live in Kansas and there are 98,000 miles of unpaved roads to explore. Most adventures are in rural Miami county these days. The pedal assist is great for the incredibly steep hills and the platform is very steady on the long downhills...sometimes hitting the mid-30's in MPH. Attached a few sights from recent rides. i bought my trail tracker in october 2020 by october 2021 i have put on 1200 miles pedego bikes will get you off the couch and on the trails pedal assist makes all the difference hello fun

Thank you for all the effort you've put into a stubborn couple of interested E-bike explorers, who became the proud owners of two wonderful Trail Trackers :-) After comparing all kinds of different brands of E-bikes on the Internet we decided to go for the Pedego bikes, as it came with a 5 year warranty and a shop we could return to for any questions we had and a service we could rely on. Bk and Paige are the most wonderful people who let us try all the different Pedego models we wanted to test out for as long as we wanted. This small business will help you in any way they can to make you feel comfortable and try to customize your e-bike in such a way that your ride feels like it was specially made for you! No stone left unturned to meet your demands and adjust your bike to the super e-bike you've always wanted. Finally a place that takes its time to listen to you and cares about their customers! This bike is fantastic!!! We went into the Pedego store "just looking", but when I tried one I knew I would take it home. The bike is so much fun, has smooth pedal action, and is great climbing hills. If I had bought one earlier I would be in shape by now …Calvin at Chattanooga Pedego was great!!!

Just returned from Oak Mtn State Park in AL. Had a wonderful time on the roads and trails. The bike handled great on both.

I believe it is important to add that in the end, once the meaning of the error code was finally shared by the manufacturer of this new controller with Pedego technical support, that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my new Trail Tracker in the first place. Like the damage I did that Pedego took care of when they didn't have to, this was an error code due to improper operation under load on my part. Had I operated the Trail Tracker correctly, or had the controller manufacturer made Pedego aware of this new code, the only thing that would of been in my initial review here is a sentence or 3 about the quality of this bike, how great my local dealer is, and how much fun I am continuing to have with this ebike! Thanks again to everyone at Pedego and Pedego Forth Worth!

Picked my bike up in Little Rock Arkansas. It was well worth the Two hour drive and the money, even though they deliver I wanted it fast, I wanted it right now. I dont like spending that kind of money for something to come in a box. I've took it on many rides now through rough terrain. No problems! No one can be harder on anything than me. Its absolutely an awesome product.

Allow me to start this review by admitting to be 68 years old with 2 very well done knee replacements. That said, I never thought I'd ever ride a bike again. That is, until a friend at work introduced me to electric gravel bikes; my online research led me to the Pedego Trail Tracker; and the Pedego Website led me to Pedego of Ft. Worth. I'm on a winning roll!
About 1 week later I picked up my new 749 Watt Trail Tracker from Vicki; 1 week after that I was back for my 100 mile checkup; 3 days later at 151 miles an unknown error code encountered on day 1 showed up for the 2nd time. Between then and now, and without hesitation, Pedego Technical Support had already sent me a replacement controller when initially asked what this error code was and it was possibly new to the new 749 Watt controller. Thinking now was the time to install the new controller I took it upon myself to do the replacement myself. Bad decision on my part as I damaged more than the new controller in doing so. In spite of this being my fault Pedego Technical Support wants to take care of what I damaged under warranty. Unbelievable! Pedego of Ft. Worth is taking care of the replacement this time.
Look, in today's world of high tech - and a Lithium-ion powered electric bike is the most high tech bicycle ever - issues can happen. They happen with the high tech forklift trucks I distribute from time to time too. What separates the product you want to own from the product you don't want to won in this technical world is how it is supported if a problem crops up. And then there is a separation between those companies that just take care of their problem and those who go well beyond their responsibility when the owner contributes to this problem. Pedego is the company that goes beyond their responsibility. To choose any other brand of electric bike is to do so at your own risk. To eliminate the risk choose Pedego.
Awesome bike. Awesome dealers. Awesome manufacturer. Obviously, after comparing my options, and even being a satisfied 2 Trek owner in the past, I am totally satisfied that Pedego was the right decision for me.

Bought in fall of 2019, I'm at over 3000 mi on my trail tracker now. Cant speak highly enough about it, the service from Pedego S. Denver, or the overall sheer satisfaction I get from it every time I ride it. Biggest complaint is the cost of the fat tires has doubled in two years. Ouch. Then again, what hasn't? Don't think, just buy it.
