John and Al from Pedego McDonald Pa. they go the extra mile to service and sales , John knowledge of e-bikes made it easy to purchase and understand the safety and the fun me and my husband are having riding our e-bikes on the bike trails in Pennsylvania and Ohio.Thanks again guys we can ride bikes again.

We serendipitously ran across the Pedego Bike Store in Menlo Park moments before we were about to purchase a pair of e-MTBs from another vendor. We spoke with Jeff the owner, who was super helpful and knowledgeable and a few hours later we loaded up two Ridge Riders on our bike rack. The RR is an awesome bike. We have put at least 1000 miles on the ones we already own and have had zero problems. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend both Jeff and the Pedego bikes.
