A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEDEGO DEALER

As a Pedego Dealer, becoming a part of a thriving community that celebrates the joy of riding is only the start! Take a look at the new opportunities for excitement, adventure, and connection that a typical day might bring: 


8:00 AM - Morning Kickoff


You unlock your shop and walk the showroom, checking that the e-bikes are charged and ready for test rides. Settling in with a cup of fresh-brewed coffee or tea, you casually browse the latest ebike trends or review some new customer inquiries, reveling in this leisurely start to what’s about to be another great day!


9:00 AM - Opening Time


The front doors are open, and the customers are starting to arrive. This can only mean one thing:  the real fun is about to begin! A few seasoned riders stop by to ask about the impressive new  helmets and baskets they saw on your personal dealer site, while some beginners looking to  purchase ebikes for the whole family check out what you have in stock. You guide each and  every one of them through their options, answer their questions, and offer test rides–happily  watching while their curiosity transforms into excitement. 


11:00 AM - Ask the Experts


A customer who purchased from you last year stops in for their annual service and shares how  much they’ve been enjoying their ride. Others arrive, eager for the expertise that you and your  team love to share. You do a tune up and perform some maintenance checks, ensuring that  every ebike leaving your store is ready for its next adventure. 


1:00 PM - Better Together


Refreshed from lunch, you decide to turn your attention to your local community-building  events. Last month, you organized a stellar group ride that ended in a picnic at the local beach;  this week, you’re thinking about designing and hosting a workshop on at-home maintenance.  The freedom to choose is all yours, and you look forward to fostering bigger and better  connections with the customers who will become your best brand advocates and ambassadors.
