OC Register: Electric Bike Riders attempt to set Guinness World Record

The Orange County Register covered the Grand Opening of Pedego Electric Bikes' new headquarters in Fountain Valley, California. The article focuses on the record-breaking group of over 300 electric bike riders that rode from Pedego's new facility to Huntington Beach. The fun grand opening event also included free food and drinks, live entertainment, karaoke, and two Pedego Electric Bikes were raffled off. HomeAid Orange County, a local non-profit serving the homeless population, was there to raise awareness and Pedego generously donated $10,000 to their cause.
"On a hot Saturday afternoon, (over 300) bicyclists on colorful electric beach cruisers rode on the bike lane on Slater Avenue as part of a trek taking them 12 miles round-trip from Pedego’s new headquarters in Fountain Valley to the end of the Santa Ana bike trail in Huntington Beach, and back."
