The first Pedego store in the Inland Empire, Pedego Upland is owned by Susie and Jerry Fraize, who are delighted to introduce the popular electric bikes to their community. Susie first fell in love with Pedego electric bikes when she joined her sister on a Pedego ride along the California coast. She knew owning a Pedego store was the new business venture she was seeking. A former elementary school teacher, Susie knew that her passion for teaching and athletic skills would help her make a positive difference in people’s lives. She also loves spending time with customers, listening and learning about their unique needs and desire for the perfect bike.
“At Pedego Upland, it’s all about delighting each guest who walks in the door,” Susie said. “As soon as store visitors get on Pedego bikes, they are instantly transported back to the freedom and fun of childhood with the wind blowing in their faces as they charge up hills and through headwinds.”
Pedego Upland offers rentals, sales and service of Pedego electric bikes. Tours will be announced soon. Located in the heart of Upland, the store is steps from the Pacific Electric Inland Empire Bike Trail. Riders can easily zoom onto the path and follow the route of the legendary pacific Electric Railway, an electrified railway system famous for its “Red Cars” that spanned from the coast through Los Angeles and as far east as San Bernardino. Riding along this corridor to distant destinations allows riders to cruise without worrying about traffic, parking or exhaustion from the ride. Riders can conquer hills, headwinds and distances and enjoy a choice to pedal or not while using the bike’s Pedal Assist and twist-and-go throttle.
