The first two GEN2 bikes are almost here. Before the full reveal, here’s a closer look at the technology built into the platform -designed to make every ride feel smoother, smarter, and more fun.
PedalSense™ Smart Ride System
GEN2 is built around the all-new PedalSense™ Smart Ride System - an intelligent riding platform that seamlessly connects the bike’s controls, display, drive system, and mobile app into one intuitive experience.
At the center of the cockpit is a bright 3.5” center-mounted color display, paired with an ergonomic 7-button remote switch that keeps every essential function within easy reach. Riders can change assist levels, navigate display menus, control lighting, and access ride information without taking a hand off the handlebar.
PedalSense™ gives riders the freedom to tailor how the bike responds with three distinct riding styles. Select Torque Assist for the most natural, responsive ride feel, Cruise Assist for smooth and effortless riding, or engage the Dynamic Twist Throttle whenever power on demand is preferred. Three rider-selectable Performance Modes further customize power delivery, allowing riders to prioritize efficiency, balanced everyday performance, or maximum responsiveness.
Every GEN2 bike is delivered as a Class 2 eBike, with the flexibility to operate as Class 1 or be upgraded to Class 3 by participating Pedego Dealers where local regulations permit.
The experience continues beyond the bike with the new Pedego Ride™ App. Riders can access navigation, receive over-the-air firmware updates, view product information, and keep their bike performing at its best. Additional connected features and rider-focused capabilities will continue to roll out through future app updates later this year.

750W Motor / 90Nm Torque Output
GEN2 is powered by a 750W motor with up to 90Nm of torque, giving riders confident acceleration and strong hill-climbing performance. It’s built for real-world riding—quick starts, heavier loads, changing terrain, and the moments when extra power makes the ride easier and more enjoyable.
48V 17.4Ah Battery
The 48V 17.4Ah battery delivers the power and capacity riders need for longer, more confident rides. Integrated into the frame, it supports the GEN2 platform with clean styling, dependable performance, and all-day ride potential.
