Locally-Owned Electric Bike Shop Hosts Community Event, Inspires Connection And Celebrates Outdoor Activity
DELAND, Fla.—March 8, 2021- Pedego Electric Bikes, a leading electric bike brand, is celebrating a grand opening at its new storefront in DeLand, located at 1720 S Woodland Blvd. Local store owners, Chuck and Nancy Zirbel, invite the community to join in the celebration with a ribbon cutting and community event on Thursday, March 11 at 10 a.m.
The event will feature refreshments, giveaways and activities for the community to enjoy. Mayor Robert Apgar will be in attendance, as well as the local store owners, Chuck and Nancy Zirbel, and Pedego CEO and founder, Don DiCostanzo.
“We’re thrilled to introduce Pedego Electric Bikes to the DeLand community,” said Chuck Zirbel. “As the first Pedego store in the area, I believe our community will love this new, one-stop shop for all things e-bike related, as well as, the people-first culture that Pedego is known for and proud of.
