The new Pedego Sequim electric bikes store is sharing the fun of Pedego electric bikes.

Pedego Sequim co-owners Garth and Kristi Schmeck recently moved to Sequim from California where they own Pedego Redding. Garth has been actively involved in the cycling industry since 1982. His passion for two wheels stemmed from years of racing, coaching and selling all forms of high-end bicycles at the retail level.

He and Kristi were drawn to Pedego for a few reasons. “We discovered the global popularity of advanced electric-bike technology and decided to explore the phenomenon for ourselves,” explained Garth. “From the moment of our first ride on a Pedego, we both knew the huge advantage that these powerful electric bikes could provide in fun and fitness. The bikes also provide accessibility for those who couldn’t or wouldn’t otherwise ride a bicycle.”

“We’re thrilled to bring powerful Pedego electric bikes to Sequim — where the paths take riders through incredibly beautiful scenery,” Kristi added.

Pedego Sequim offers rentals, tours, sales and service of Pedego electric bikes. Just two hours from Seattle, the store is located near scenic bike paths that take riders across town and through pristine forests and along waterways to enjoy stunning mountain vistas. Local destinations for fun include berry and lavender farms. Riders can conquer hills, headwinds and distances with the bike’s Pedal Assist and twist-and-go throttle. Pedal or not, riders can relax and enjoy the scenery as they ride.

“The Pacific Northwest is one of my favorite places to ride a Pedego bike,” said Pedego Electric Bikes CEO and co-founder Don DiCostanzo. “With Pedego Sequim, riders can enjoy forest scenery and cruise along paths along picturesque waterways.”
