Delightful ride from downtown Richmond to Berkeley Plantation via the Colonial Trail. Great experience nice box lunch and tour of The Plantation all included. Bike was impressive. Folks at Segway of Richmond think of everything. Plan to do it again soon.

Bike easily and enjoyably 28 miles to Berkeley Plantation History Tour on the Virginia Capital Trail and see rural Virginia like you never have before on an electric bike. Berkeley is one of the oldest plantations in the country and home to 2 U.S. Presidents, Benjamin Harrison and William Henry Harrison. The Harrisons’ former home and grounds is today a stunning example of what life was like in the 1700s. Surrounded by magnificent gardens, and scenery and perched on the James River, Berkeley is the sight of the very first Thanksgiving in America in 1619. House tour and box lunch is included.
